How it works

Every client I work with will have differing requirements, but my approach will be the same whether you just need your menus revised and modernised or if you need a full business review.

Here is an outline of how it works:

Establish your goals

We kick off with an initial free of charge meeting to understand the needs, goals and challenges of your business and assess how I can help you.

There is no commitment at this stage – if you don’t like what you see you can simply walk away. Equally if I do not think I can help you I will be upfront, honest and will say so.

Reconnaissance

I will review data relevant to support my brief.

As appropriate this would include menus, P&L performance data, labour structure and costs, supply chain, kitchen layouts and operating standards to give me a good understanding of the business.

Site visits

I conduct site visits to observe workflows, practices and procedures, evaluate financial performance, analyse skill sets and assess customer satisfaction as appropriate to our agreed scope of work.

Report

Upon the conclusion of the visits, I create a simple but detailed report containing all of our findings and recommended actions.

I present the report back to you and together we determine how best to implement the practical improvements designed to drive your business forward.

Ongoing Support

I am happy to help you implement change or can agree on some return visits to suit your needs.

Whatever your need, I can help you build a better, stronger, happier and more profitable business.
