My varied career has taken me from The Savoy in London, to The Westin Hotel in Seattle, owning a restaurant business and finally operations director of a niche contract catering company.

I am also Vice Chairman of the Masterchefs of Great Britain.

With a broad background in hotels, restaurants, bars and the contract catering sector I have a wealth of knowledge and experience that can help you to grow your business.

Working within all sectors of the industry I start by getting to understand your business in order to help you to achieve your goals.

Working closely with my clients and their operators at all levels we will analyse challenges and in partnership with you set objectives and key milestones aimed at improving quality, customer experience and the financial performance of your business.

I am happy to work with you on a one off fixed term project or as a long term partner, whichever works for you best.
