I take a bespoke approach to each assignment as the requirements of every client I work with will differ. After initial consultations some clients will simply require an occasional one off visit to check standards while others require a longer term involvement.
I have worked with clients on a simple menu development basis, or food safety auditing and others have required all round support to include improving financial performance and staff training.
